Born in Seattle, Mr. Pruzan graduated in 1971 from Claremont Men’s College and earned his Juris Doctor in 1974 from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. He is admitted to practice in all Washington state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
